Terms of service

These terms are between you (or the organisation you act for) and Writeflow ApS, Gassehaven 98, 2840 Holte, Denmark (CVR 43460870), which operates SiteSpring. By using SiteSpring you accept them.

The service

SiteSpring lets AI agents build, edit and publish websites for you, through its console, API and MCP server. SiteSpring is under active development. Features change, and some are not finished.

Your account and keys

• Keep your sign-in details and API keys secret. Anything done with them counts as done by you.
• An API key acts with at most your own role, and stops working if you leave the organisation.
• Tell us straight away at pe@writeflow.com if you think a key or account has been misused.

Your content

What you and your agents put on SiteSpring stays yours. You give us the rights we need to host, build, store and serve it, and nothing more. You can export a site's source at any time.

You are responsible for your sites: their content, what they collect from visitors, and having a lawful basis and a privacy notice for it. For visitor data, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, as our privacy policy describes.

Acceptable use

Do not use SiteSpring to:

• publish anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• deceive people, for example with phishing pages or by impersonating someone;
• distribute malware, send spam, or attack other systems;
• get around the limits or the security of the service, or someone else's.

We may take a site offline, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Availability and liability

We work to keep SiteSpring running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using SiteSpring at any time and ask us to delete your organisation. When an organisation is removed we delete its sites, stored builds, media, domains, form submissions, members and keys, and keep only a record of what was done, without names, for security.

Changes and law

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and tell account holders when the change matters to them. These terms are governed by the law of Denmark, and disputes go to its courts.
